Your Brain On Computers (and Off Them)

This The NY Times’ article is just exactly what I need now.

Recently, I’ve been experiencing difficulties in concentrating with things, which makes it very hard for me to work on my assignments in school. It’s been very hard for me to stay focus on what my lecturers and my academic peer were trying to say and that’s very very uncomfortable for me, and for them maybe, because I kept being distracted and my attention is being shifted in no time during discussions. I also kept forgeting things and those little details about what I’m about to do in my everyday agenda.

It feels as if I got too much of cognitive stimulations and my brain got exhausted from it.

As I figured, this happened due to the massive time I spend on the internet and the article kinda helps me get some insights about it.
